Salt & Light Coalition is a trauma-informed workforce development program that helps previously incarcerated women break the cycle of recidivism by reintegrating them into the workforce.

My work comprised of designing the brand activation strategy as well as execution and ongoing brand management (weekly social media content on behalf of CEO, Izabel Olson). The work is designed to expand her platform and visibility as well as amplify the efforts of Salt & Light Coalition at-large.
